FRCI practice of baptism is through immersion.

REV. ROSALYNDA TECKNEY CALLAGAN
Rev. Rosalynda L. Teckney was born in San Gabriel, La Union, Philippines. Her father was the late Rev. Faustino Teckney, Sr., alumni of Bethel Bible Institute and National Chairman of International Gospel Assemblies of the Philippines. Her mother is Esperita Lasegan, a devoted Christian. Rev. Rosalynda was born the first of five children and grew up in Tabuk, Kalinga where her parents settled. As former National Youth Director of International Gospel Assembly, Rosalynda, traveled with her father where both ministered in the Mountain Province, concentrating among the Kalinga Tribes. The highlight of her ministry as Youth Director was her time with the Mangyan tribes on the Island of Mindoro. Being involved with ministry at this young age would characterize Rosalynda’a entire life. Winning souls and propagating the Gospel would become her life’s passion. She has a family of seven children. Three children with the late Dr. Constante D. Ascano, DMD. She is now married to Rev. William P. Callagan, a former missionary to Ireland and, at present, to the Philippines. They have 4 children. Four of the seven are married with children. The other three are pursuing careers or in the United States Military. Rosalynda finished Midwifery in Kalinga Community College, now known as KASC, where she also worked as a Clinical Instructor. After Dr. Ascano’s death, she joined the staff at Miracle Bible College, La Union Philippines where she met and married her present husband. Upon leaving Miracle in La Union, the Callagan’s moved to Tabuk, Kalinga where they founded and operated The Nest, Home for Unwed Mothers and Orphans. After some years, they moved to Manila where her husband joined KFC-Philippines as Pastor of the company. Upon moving to the U.S., she attended school in Northern California to continue her Nursing education. During her career, she received the "Employee of the Year" award for two consecutive years in Dallas, Texas. Rev. Rosalynda Callagan finished her Pastoral Theology at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas, where she was ordained as a Minister. She has also been certified as an ESL teacher, teaching English as a second language to non-English speakers. She is the Founder of His Almighty's Ministries, Inc. based in the Philippines with churches in Kalinga and Isabella. She is the present C.E.O. of the Igorot Global Organization, a world-wide organization, holding this office since 2004. While awaiting transfer back to the Philippines, full-time, she is serving as a Deaconess and International Mission Director of Faith Restoration Center, Inc of Jersey City, New Jersey, USA.
